    REPORT: Marleau, Miller Possibilities for Anaheim

    Ahead of the unrestricted free agent signing period beginning July 1st, reports are coming out that the Ducks are in the mix to land veterans Patrick Marleau and Ryan Miller. Craig Custance of The Athletic is reporting that Anaheim is one of several teams in the mix to sign the pending-UFA along with Toronto, New York Rangers, Carolina, Nashville, LA, and San Jose. Marleau has spent the entirety of his 19-year career with the San Jose Sharks. The 37-year-old forward is coming off a 46 point (27G, 19A) season, showing that he can still produce good offensive numbers as he approaches 40 years old. Depending on the price, he could be a very good piece on the Ducks third line and an imposing presence
