Pierre-Luc Dubois got his third goal of the game 18:24 into overtime, finishing the Columbus Blue Jackets/ comeback from three goaks down to beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-3 on Thursday night and take a 2-1 lead in their playoff qualifying series. Dubois got the winner on a rush after Alexandre Texier stripped the puck from Toronto’s John Tavares. The Blue Jackets rallied from from a 3-0 deficit midway through the second period, scoring twice in a 3 1/2 minute stretch midway through the third to tie it.
The Vegas Golden Knights will play the Colorado Avalanche for the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference this weekend.
