Giordano has 3 assists, Flames down Avalanche 5-3

Mark Giordano has been defying his age all season. The 35-year-old defenseman had three more assists Wednesday night and the Calgary Flames kept right on rolling with a 5-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. ''Just trying to put pucks on net, jump in when I can,'' Giordano said.
