Here are your Puck Headlines: a glorious collection of news and views collected from the greatest blogosphere in sports and the few, the proud, the mainstream hockey media.

• Three things about this TMZ video of Chicago Blackhawks star Patrick Kane(notes) taking the Stanley Cup into a L.A. nightclub. First, when asked if he'll get girls with the Stanley Cup, his reply ("I better ...") is the stuff boyhood hockey dreams are made of. Second, TMZ videographers screaming "PUT SOME PATRON IN THAT DAWG!" make a good case for punching paparazzi. Third, there's an anatomically correct but slightly NSFW word near the end. [TMZ]

• From a logjam at center to rookie salaries, why the Boston Bruins should have zero interest in trading for Jason Spezza(notes). [Bruins Blog]

• Newsday reports that Doug Weight(notes) will return for another season with the New York Islanders. He turns 40 next January. Wrap your brain around this: Weight was part of the New York Rangers package for the Eric Lindros pick in 1991; he's still playing in the year Lindros is HOF eligible. Nutty. [TSN]

• Sam Fels of the Committed Indian presents a heartfelt piece about his Blackhawks winning the Cup and the bandwagon fans that came with it: "They didn't share that moment with people it was just as important to, friendships forged out of our common fandom.  And I'd trade that for one minute with the Cup and having to sit on Kaner's lap to get it any day of the week." [Second City Hockey]

• J.P. and crew evaluate a very tricky season for Washington Capitals general manager George McPhee. [Japers' Rink]

• The Atlanta Thrashers haven't, but still might, sign Swedish defenseman Fredrik Pettersson. [Bird Watchers Anonymous]

• The NHL's Beard-a-Thon raised over $300,000 this postseason. Unfortunately, half of it disappeared into Scott Hartnell(notes). Jungle expeditions have been launched for recovery. [NHL]

• Finally, here are Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin talking sticks with Danny Briere(notes):
