Game notes: We could see at least 30 minutes of the newest Wings netminder, Ville Husso, in this one after incumbent starter Alex Nedeljkovic started and played half of Wednesday's loss to the Chicago Blackhawks at Little Caesars Arena. Husso, acquired via an offseason trade with St. Louis and then signed to a three-year deal, posted a 1.90 goals-against average before the All-Star break last season, and a 2.94 GAA after.
