Well, Henrik Lundqvist isn't going too far after being bought out by the Rangers only a few weeks ago.
Friday afternoon, just as free agency opened, reports from the past few days became official that the goaltender would be signing with yet another team in the Metropolitan Division — the Washington Capitals.

Lundqvist is set to sign a one-year deal worth $1.5 million with one of the Rangers' biggest rivals. This also means he'll be seeing the Flyers plenty more in the coming season.
With the Rangers, Lundqvist had a 35-19-5 record against the Flyers. With a 2.58 goals-against average, .914 save percentage and four shutouts, he's been no easy task for the Flyers for the past decade and a half.
While he'll be in a change of scenery, he knows this division like the back of his hand and is joining a team that is still primed to compete for a Cup. Lundqvist has accomplished a lot in this career, but is still looking for that Stanley Cup win.
