The Broncos have officially added depth to their offensive line. Denver signed right tackle Demar Dotson to a one-year contract, the team announced on Tuesday. The Broncos brought Dotson, an 11-year veteran, in for a visit over the weekend.
Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay said Tuesday that he didn't need Melvin Gordon's arrival to get him focused on the season, and he still sees his own big-play potential in the team's offense. After initially indicating they might look at doing a new deal for Lindsay, a (Denver) South High School graduate who has topped 1,000 yards rushing in each of the past two seasons, the Broncos instead signed Gordon to a two-year, $16 million deal in free agency.
Fantasy football owners should draft a starting quarterback that can score 250 points in a single season. A total of 11 quarterbacks hit that bench-mark last season – a list that begins with Baltimore's Lamar Jackson and ends with new Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady. That list will comprise a lot of the "starting" quarterbacks drafted in single-QB leagues this year, but we all know that at least a few breakout QBs will emerge and crash the party, finishing 2020 as top-10 (or even top-five) players.
