Phinsider Question Of The Day 01/19/2021

Tonight's post is once again about our quarterback situation. None of what I discuss this evening may even matter if the rumor that current Houston Texans quarterback Deshawn Watson is to be traded or at least wants to be traded to the Miami Dolphins, possibly... Signing a draft class in that scenario — with Miami keeping its picks at 3 and 18 — would cost $11.9 million, leaving Miami with $26 million if it doesn’t cut anyone — which isn’t nearly enough to fill needs — or $44 million if it cuts the aforementioned five players.
