Haslam Sports Group, which owns the Cleveland Browns football team, has promoted Greg Rush as chief financial officer. The sports group also has hired Michele Powell as vice president of event development. Rush is in his 15th year with the Browns and Haslam Sports Group (HSG), the group said in a statement.
