Jets Sign QB Tim Boyle to Active Roster, Release WR Irvin Charles
The Jets have signed QB Tim Boyle to the active roster and released WR Irvin Charles. The team also signed K Austin Seibert to the practice squad and the veteran will be elevated for Sunday's game against the Cowboys along with LB Sam Eguavoen.

Tuesday was cutdown day in the NFL for all 32 teams. This year, the NFL only had one cutdown day after the preseason. Despite being in his third season as the Jets coach, Robert Saleh said this day never gets easier. “It's always difficult,” Saleh said.
