Giants could have a difficult time recreating last season's chemistry
There will be some things that Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll can talk about with some certainty at this week's NFL Owners Meetings. The Giants' general manager and head coach can explain, for example, why they think newly added tight end Darren Waller's presence will elevate the passing game. What Schoen and Daboll do not know and cannot know is what the chemistry is going to be like in 2023. Things could have gone amiss when Schoen opted against picking up Daniel Jones' fifth-year option, but the quarterback put his head down, went to work and had the best season of his career.
