Brandin Cooks hauled in 7-of-9 targets for 159 yards in the Rams' Week 2 win over the Cardinals.
Advice: Cooks seems to be perfectly comfortable in Los Angeles. After going for 87 yards in the season opener, he was even better in this game. He probably should have had a long touchdown, but Jared Goff underthrew him, forcing him to come back to the ball and the defender. Cooks made another big play in the fourth quarter, going high for a catch to convert a third down. The Rams should have a tougher time against the Chargers next week, but Cooks will be a top-20 option all season.
Brandin Cooks had seven receptions for 159 yards Sunday in the Los Angeles Rams' 34-0 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
Brandin Cooks had five receptions for 87 yards Monday in the Los Angeles Rams' 33-13 win over the Oakland Raiders. He added one rush for six yards.
Brandin Cooks hauled in 5-of-8 targets for 87 yards in the Rams' Week 1 win over the Raiders.
Advice: 87 yards is a respectable line in its own right, but Cooks made an impact outside of the box score, too. The speedster got behind the defense twice, drawing two deep pass interferences that allowed the Rams' offense to cross into Oakland's territory. Cooper Kupp (9-5-52-1) and Robert Woods (9-3-37) led Los Angeles' offense with nine targets each, but Cooks' ceiling remains the highest given his explosive play-making ability.
