William Gay is still at corner for the Steelers

32-year-old cornerback William Gay could be moved to safety or, possibly, released by the Steelers. As noted by Chris Bradford of the Beaver County Times, neither has happened — yet. Gay continues to be the slot corner for the Steelers, with Artie Burns on the outside.

Dalton talks Steelers week, Cincy Chili and more on Pardon My Take

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton made an appearance on the Pardon My Take podcast this week, and predictably, it was great. Dalton was a guest for Grit Week, for which the PMT guys have traveled to West Virginia, Ann Arbor, Columbus, Cincinnati and lastly Indianapolis for the Indy500. Along the way, Big Cat and PFT Commenter have interviewed Dalton, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, West Virginia men's basketball coach Bob Huggins and Ravens running back Danny Woodhead, among others. Dalton met the PMT guys in a random parking lot in Cincinnati and did the interview in a van, which you can see below. You can see a clip from the interview above, but you should download the whole thing

ESPN personalities try and train like James Harrison

It seems that the epic workouts of Pittsburgh Steelers James Harrison are really catching on. ESPN personalities Adam Schefter and Jeff Saturday took to the gym in an attempt to emulate some of the workouts that Harrison shares on Instagram. Props to Schefter on that core work. Looked like Saturday was just trying to hoist too much beef up to get the job done. But let’s be honest, until we see these guys take a shot one of these, they are not doing Harrison workouts. When Schefter or Saturday tackles one of these workouts, I hope someone is there with a camera to catch the whole thing.
