Despite currently employing no special teams coordinator, the Denver Broncos — smack dab in the middle of a head-coaching search — claimed punter Corliss Waitman off waivers from the Pittsburgh Steelers, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Monday, noting the transaction is deferred until after the Super Bowl. A 2019 undrafted free agent, Waitman bounced around various practice squads, from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas to New England before resettling with the Steelers.
The Broncos have completed another interview as part of their search for a new head coach. General Manager George Paton and the team's search committee met with Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn on Tuesday, the team announced. Quinn is the fifth candidate the Broncos have interviewed for the position.
Every fantasy football player knows the name Travis Fulgham as someone who either lost them a matchup or won them several matchups during the middle of last season. Fulgham was the Philadelphia Eagles' leading receiver in 2020. Between Weeks 5 and 8, Fulgham recorded 27 receptions, 378 yards, and three touchdowns. Fulgham finished the season with 38 receptions for 539 yards and four touchdowns, despite inconsistent quarterback play from Carson Wentz and Jalen Hurts.
