The NFL season has been filled with critical calls from players, coaches, front offices and broadcasters. In Week 6, the officials joined the fray. Tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins' touchdown-turned-touchback sparked a debate about whether it was a good call, a bad rule — or even if it was too close for the suits in New York to overturn no matter what the officiating crew ruled on the football field. Al Riveron, the NFL's senior vice president of officiating, insisted Monday that no matter what viewers think, it wasn't a difficult decision to overturn the TD. "No doubt about it. It was clear and obvious," Riveron said. "We use that for every replay. Unless it is clear and obvious to us, we will
The 2017 fantasy football season has been riddled with devastating injuries to superstar players and Week 6 brought more of the same. Aaron Rodgers, almost always amongst the top point producers at the quarterback position, was the latest big name to go down—likely for the rest of the campaign—after he suffered a broken collarbone on his throwing shoulder. His fantasy owners will now be lining up to make a claim on the waiver wire, hoping to find a replacement to stick in the starting lineup in time for their Week 7 matchup. If you were one of the unfortunate fantasy owners that drafted Rodgers this year—or Leonard Fournette (knee), Jameis Winston (shoulder), Emmanuel Sanders (leg), Tyreek Hill

BEREA, Ohio -- Just like last Monday, Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson is beginning another week unsure which quarterback he will start against the Tennessee Titans next Sunday. Jackson chose to bench DeShone Kizer after Kizer turned the ball over twice in the red zone in the loss to the New York Jets two weeks ago, but the experiment failed when Kevin Hogan threw three interceptions, one for a pick-six, in an embarrassing 33-17 loss to the Texans in Houston this past weekend. "I'll make that (decision) by Wednesday," Jackson said on Monday. "I'm in the midst of it right now. Getting closer, but we'll know for sure on Wednesday." Jackson is in a desperate situation with limited options.
