NFL Wild Card: Notable soon-to-be free agents in Dolphins-Chiefs for Cardinals fans

The Arizona Cardinals did not make the postseason and therefore are preparing for the offseason. Cardinals fans can watch the playoffs for a number of reasons. One reason is to look at potential free agents currently on playoff teams.

The Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs played in the second game of the weekend.

Who are notable players scheduled to hit free agency in March who could fill needs on Arizona’s roster?

Check some out below. DOlphins

Wilkins is an absolute stud. He probably won’t make it to free agency, but Arizona needs defensive linemen badly. He had nine sacks in 2023.

Apple is still only 28 years old but has been a starter in the league for several teams.

Dolphins DT Raekwon Davis

Davis played in every game this season and had 28 tackles and half a sack. The Cardinals badly need even decent talent on their roster on the D-line.

Chiefs LB Drue Tranquill

The Cardinals could use another solid linebacker alongside Kyzir White. Tranquill played in 16 games for the Chiefs in his first season with the team following four with the Chargers. He had 78 tackles, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles.

In 2022 for the Chargers, where White also played before going to Philadelphia and then Arizona, he had 146 tackles, five sacks and an interception.

Jones only happens to be arguably the best interior defender in the league.

He had 10.5 sacks this season and 35 over the last three seasons.

Wishful thinking, but he would be a huge addition.

Chiefs CB L'Jarius Sneed

Sneed has 10 career interceptions in four seasons. He has played very well this season and can both cover and tackle.

While the Cardinals have some young talent at cornerback, Sneed would be a huge addition.
