Just as Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers are hoping to do Monday vs. the Los Angeles Rams, the picks bounced back in Week 9, going 8-6 with another Upset Special win (now 7-2 on the season).

The 49ers were manhandled by an Arizona Cardinals team without Kyler Murray and now have to save their season once again, this time against a Rams team that was pummeled by Jeffery Simmons and the Tennessee Titans' frontline.

We nailed the Las Vegas Raiders laying an egg in East Rutherford against the New York Giants. Is another November swoon coming for the Silver and Black? Or will they stabilize things Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs?

The Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys both no-showed against lesser opponents in Week 9, but should respond with favorable matchups in Week 10. We're 15 games over .500 on the season. Let's keep it rolling.

RECORD: 75-60 ATS (84-51 SU)

Baltimore Ravens at Miami Dolphins

Line: Ravens -7.5

The Ravens have some issues in their secondary but Miami doesn’t have the horses to exploit that weakness. Lamar puts on a show in South Beach.

Pick: Ravens 27, Dolphins 17

New Orleans Saints at Tennessee Titans

Line: Titans -3

Tennessee has just rolled through the hardest part of its schedule and now it's time for a letdown. The Saints have a solid run defense and Alvin Kamara should give the Titans fits. Titans are due for a loss.

Pick: Saints 23, Titans 21 (UPSET PICK OF THE WEEK)

Detroit Lions at Pittsburgh Steelers

Line: Steelers -8

Coming off a bye, this has to be the last rah-rah bullet in Dan Campbell’s holster. But the Steelers’ defense is stout up front and the Lions lack the downfield passing game to beat an average secondary. I don’t see how the Lions score much Sunday.

Pick: Steelers 20, Lions 10

Cleveland Browns at New England Patriots

Line: Patriots -1.5

Don’t look now, but the Patriots are starting to look like a legitimate threat in the AFC. Bill Belichick will make life hard on a banged-up Baker Mayfield and Mac Jones makes just enough plays to get the win.

Pick: Patriots 26, Browns 23

Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts

Line: Colts -10

The Jags were impressive in stifling Josh Allen and the Bills in their Week 9 upset. But while the defense impressed, Trevor Lawrence and the offense still have a ways to go. Jacksonville slows down Jonathan Taylor but can score enough to pull off the upset.

Pick: Colts 24, Jags 17

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

Line: Bills -12

This is a bad spot for the Jets. The Bills were atrocious last week in Jacksonville and their offense has scuffled in recent weeks. There’s no better remedy for that than facing a Jets defense that is routinely gouged. Bills. Not close.

Pick: Bills 31, Jets 13

Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Line: Cowboys -9

Woof, the Cowboys stunk up the joint last Sunday against a mediocre Broncos team. After struggling last week, Dak Prescott and the Dallas offense will get back on track against a below-average Falcons defense, but Matt Ryan makes them sweat.

Pick: Cowboys 31, Falcons 26

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Washington Football Team

Line: Bucs -9.5

Tom Brady has had two weeks to let the Bucs’ loss to the Saints fester. It’s time to take it out on the disappointing Football Team. Washington can’t rush the passer as expected and the secondary is a disaster. Bucs cruise.

Pick: Bucs 30, WFT 17

Carolina Panthers at Arizona Cardinals

Line: Cardinals -10.5

We don’t know if Kyler Murray will play but we do know Sam Darnold won’t. It will be P.J. Walker’s show Sunday, and a good Cardinals defense should make life hard on the Temple product. Sit Kyler and let Colt spin again.

Pick: Cardinals 27, Panthers 13

Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Chargers

Line: Chargers -3

After back-to-back putrid performances, the Chargers got back in the win column against the Eagles. The Vikings are talented but excel at finding ways to lose. You can’t make those mistakes against Justin Herbert.

Pick: Chargers 26, Vikings 20

Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers

Line: Packers -3.5

We should be getting the return of both Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers in this one. Why not make it interesting? Winner gets Odell Beckham Jr.? Wilson’s return energizes a desperate Seahawks team who sends the Packers to their second straight loss.

Pick: Seahawks 27, Packers 24

Philadelphia Eagles at Denver Broncos

Line: Broncos -3

Vic Fangio put on a defensive masterclass against the Cowboys last Sunday. He should be able to do the same against Jalen Hurts and an Eagles offense that struggles to move the ball for long stretches of games.

Pick: Broncos 23, Eagles 17

Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders

Line: Chiefs -2.5

You could see that Raiders loss to the Giants coming from a mile away. Now, it’s time to see what this Raiders team is made of. The Chiefs beat the Jordan Love-led Packers but still looked lost on offense. The Raiders will show some fight and deliver a big blow to the Chiefs’ AFC West hopes.

Pick: Raiders 33, Chiefs 31

Los Angeles Rams at 49ers

Line: Rams -4

The worst thing to happen to the 49ers after getting embarrassed by the Cardinals was the Rams getting swallowed up by the Titans. Sean McVay and Matthew Stafford will be looking to make a point against a defense that struggles to cover and tackle. Kyle Shanahan has owned these matchups of late, but that was with Robert Saleh at his side and some talent on defense. He has neither this time.

Pick: Rams 31, 49ers 21
