Russell Wilson said he wanted more superstars in Seattle and he got another one Saturday.
The Seattle Seahawks have traded safety Bradley McDougald, a 2021 first-round draft pick, a 2022 first-round draft pick and a 2021 third-round draft pick in exchange for New York Jets Pro Bowl safety Jamal Adams and a 2022 fourth-round pick.

It is a big one folks.
Here is how social media reacted to the trade.

And then there's the realization that the Seahawks defense will now feature more than one Pro Bowler.

Jamal Adams & Bobby Wagner ? Woah. Seahawks defense about to be crazy!— Me 🏁 (@PapitoBlack) July 25, 2020
This mega-trade also raised a lot of questions regarding Jadeveon Clowney, who has yet to sign a deal with a team for the 2020 season...

jamal adams is a better pash rusher than clowney anyways— seth galina (@pff_seth) July 25, 2020
Bring back Clowney and I will buy into this team as legit contenders— Evan (@EvaninSEA) July 25, 2020
Adams had a message of his own for the 12s and his new quarterback.
To the Seahawks Org & Fans:— Jamal Adams (@Prez) July 25, 2020
You have a man on a mission, a man all in on winning a Super Bowl, being the best leader & teammate he can be, & a man who will give everything he has to the city of Seattle and to the 12s all across the world. Thank you for believing in me!#Prez pic.twitter.com/3kQzatip2r
My man, honored to be able to go to war with you. Let's rock! https://t.co/bo97J59S7T— Jamal Adams (@Prez) July 25, 2020
If the Seahawks can pull off signing Jamal Adams and Jadeveon Clowney, or perhaps another free agent pass rusher on the market, their ceiling just hit another level in 2020.
