Ryan Poles makes two quick trades to add picks originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago

The Bears have added more picks to their 2022 NFL Draft slate, with two quick moves. First, Ryan Poles sent the No. 148 pick to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for Nos. 168 and 203. Then, moments later, he moved down from No. 150 to pick up the Nos. 166 and 207 picks from the Texans.

Those were the second and third trades of the day for the Bears. Early in the fourth round, Poles sent a 2023 sixth-round pick to the Chargers for two 2022 seventh-rounders.

The Bears are now slated to pick next at No. 166, then again at 168, 186, 203, 207, 254 and 255.

On Day 2 of the draft the Bears stood pat with their three picks and selected cornerback Kyler Gordon, safety Jaquan Brisker and wide receiver/return specialist Velus Jones.
