The Washington Wizards signed first-round selection Otto Porter, the team announced Monday.
Porter was the third overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft. He averaged 16.2 points and 7.5 rebounds last season for Georgetown.
The Wizards also signed Glen Rice Jr., who was a second-round pick this year after spending the 2012-2013 season with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA Development League. He averaged 13.0 points and 6.2 rebounds last season.
Rice was the 35th overall pick in this year's draft. He was selected by Philadelphia and sent to Washington in exchange for the 38th and 54th overall picks.
