The Golden State Warriors announced Friday they signed undrafted rookie free agent Seth Curry to a nonguaranteed contract.
If Curry, the brother of Warriors star Stephen Curry, makes the team, he could give Golden State another sharpshooter. Seth Curry shot 47 percent last season for Duke, including 44 percent from 3-point range.
The San Antonio Spurs also showed interest in Curry, but ended up signing veteran Marco Belinelli.
Last April, Curry underwent surgery to repair a right lower leg injury that plagued him throughout the 2012-13 season.
