LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Travis Wallace had 22 points and nine rebounds and North Florida shot 63 percent from the field en route to an 80-70 victory over Cal State Bakersfield on Saturday at the Las Vegas Classic.
Wallace was 7 of 8 from the field and 8 of 9 at the free-throw line as the Ospreys (4-8) snapped a four-game losing streak.
Charles McRoy added 15 points and Parker Smith had 13 for North Florida.
Brandon Barnes led Bakersfield (4-9) with 21 points. Stephon Carter added 18 points and eight rebounds, while Javante Maynor and Tyrone White each had 11 points.
The Ospreys broke the game open with 12 straight points at the end of the first half and the start of the second to take a 45-30 lead. The Roadrunners never got closer than nine points the rest of the way.
