The Vikings were edged by the Lions, 16-14, at Ford Field.

Teddy Bridgewater managed a decent 31 for 41 with 315 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks. Matthew Stafford finished 17 for 28 with 153 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions for the Lions.

Matt Asiata was a key factor for the Vikings, rushing for 36 yards on 11 carries while adding a touchdown in addition to seven receptions for 50 yards. Kyle Rudolph was a top performer, snagging seven passes for 69 yards.

The Minnesota defense did all it could in the loss, limiting the Lions to 80 yards rushing and 153 passing.

Lions running back Joique Bell put up 62 yards rushing and 41 receiving. Wide receiver Golden Tate was also solid with 38 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Next week, the Vikings head to Miami Gardens to face the Dolphins (7-7) while the Lions go to Chicago to play the Bears (5-8).
