Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick left Sunday's game against the New York Giants in the second quarter, apparently aggravating a hamstring injury.
Rookie Matt Barkley replaced Vick, who is questionable to return.
Vick completed six of nine passes for just 31 yards with an interception. He was also sacked once drew an intentional grounding penalty.
The interception occurred on the Eagles' third offensive play from scrimmage.
Barkley is the only other quarterback on the active roster. Tight end James Casey is the team's emergency third quarterback. Barkley completed six of seven passes for 55 yards after replacing Vick as the Eagles trailed 12-0 at the half.
Vick pulled his hamstring three weeks ago and missed the last two games. He returned Sunday after Nick Foles was ruled out with a concussion. Vick practiced all week.
