The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to Vancouver for the first time in two years on Saturday night for UFC on FOX 21: Maia vs. Condit.

Despite the time away, Saturday night's event was the least attended of four the UFC has held in Vancouver. Headlined by Demian Maia vs. Carlos Condit in a welterweight battle, UFC on FOX 21 managed 10,533 spectators, drawing a gate of $995,624 Canadian dollars, which was roughly $765,000 U.S. dollars at the time of publication.

Maia made quick work of Condit in the final fight of the night, submitting him with a rear-naked choke in under two minutes.

The card also featured the successful featherweight debut of former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis, the return of Paige VanZant, and second Fight of the Night performance by Jim Miller and Joe Lauzon in the rematch of their epic 2012 battle.
