The Ultimate Fighting Championship handed out $50,000 performance-based bonuses following UFC Fight Night 32 in Goiania, Brazil, on Saturday.
Vitor Belfort, Adriano Martins, Omari Akhmedov and Thiago Perpetuo took home the bonus money.
Knockout of the Night came in the main event of the evening between former light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort and former two-division Pride titleholder Dan Henderson.
Belfort avenged a previous loss to Henderson in 2006 by becoming the first man to ever finish Henderson with strikes. Henderson tried to close the distance and Belfort met him with a short left hand that knocked Henderson down. Henderson battled to get back to his feet only to be hit with a high kick to the head that sent him crashing back to the canvas, ending the fight.
It was Belfort’s third finish in a row by a kick.
Submission of the Night honors went to preliminary fighter Adriano Martins for his straight armbar submission of Daron Cruickshank. Martins got the fight to the ground and isolated an arm. He set up a Kimura and then extended the arm in an armbar that forced Cruickshank to tap out.
Fight of the Night was awarded to Omari Akhmedov and Thiago Perpetuo. Perpetuo hurt Akhmedov early, but was unable to put the Brazilian away. Perpetuo stunned Akhmedov again and rushed in looking for the finish, but walked into a right hand that knocked him down. Akhmedov delivered another right hand that rendered Perpetuo unconscious.
The fighter bonuses for UFC Fight Night 32 totaled $200,000.
