UFC 165 Fight Card Complete with Alex Caceres vs. Roland Delorme

A bantamweight match-up between former The Ultimate Fighter contestants Alex Careres and Roland Delorme has been added to UFC 165, finalizing the fight card with 13 bouts.

Caceres (8-5, 1 no contest) appeared on the twelfth season of The Ultimate Fighter as a lightweight. Following the conclusion of the show, he moved to the featherweight division. After losing his first two fights in the UFC, Caceres dropped down to the bantamweight division.

He won three of his first four fights in the new weight class, defeating Cole Escovedo, Damacio Page and Motonobu Tezuka. His one loss in the 135-pound division was by split decision to Edwin Figueroa. Caceres is coming off a split decision victory over Kyung Ho Kang on March 3 that was later ruled a no contest when Caceres tested positive to marijuana.

Delorme (9-1, 1 no contest) appeared on the fourteenth season of The Ultimate Fighter. Since his stint on the reality series, Delorme has won three of his four fights in the UFC with wins over Josh Ferguson, Nick Denis and a unanimous decision win over Figueroa in his last outing at UFC 161.

Delorme was defeated by knockout at UFC 149, his only UFC loss, but the fight was overturned and ruled a no contest after his opponent, Francisco Rivera failed his post-fight urinalysis.

UFC 165 takes place Sept. 21 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto Canada and is headlined by a light heavyweight title bout between champion Jon Jones and challenger Alexander Gustafsson.
