The Minnesota Twins have optioned outfielders Oswaldo Arcia and Chris Parmelee and infielder Eduardo Escobar to Triple-A Rochester.
The Twins will bring up outfielder/catcher Chris Herrmann from Rochester and select the contract of infielder Doug Bernier, the team announced late Sunday.
Herrmann appeared in seven games earlier this season, hitting .462 (6-for-13) from May 28 to June 13.
Bernier is up with the Twins for the first time. He hit .295 (89-for-302) with the Red Wings.
Arcia, Parmelee and Escobar will report to Rochester after the Triple-A All-Star break, later this week.
The Twins will make another roster move before Friday, when they resume the season with a game against the Cleveland Indians at Target Field.
