The Jazz were on fire in this game, finishing 43-79 (54.4%). Utah (14-27) picked up the win after falling to the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
Burke finished 8-17, including 1-5 from three-point range. Other top performers for Utah were Enes Kanter with 18 points and 7 rebounds, and Marvin Williams with 17 points and 7 rebounds. On 9-14 shooting from the field and 3-4 from the free throw line, Rodney Stuckey scored 21 points off the bench for Detroit in the loss. Brandon Jennings added 11 points and 6 assists and Andre Drummond finished with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
The Jazz combined an eFG% of 60.1% with 40.9% 3-point shooting. They are undefeated (7-0) this year when registering marks above 55% and 40% in those respective statistics. The Pistons, on the other hand, are winless (0-5) when allowing opponents to hit those marks.
