The Cleveland Browns will interview Montreal Alouettes coach Marc Trestman for their head coaching job on Monday, according to multiple reports.
The Browns will meet with Trestman in Chicago, where Trestman is also interviewing for the Bears job, according to ESPN.
Trestman is signed with the Canadian Football League team through 2016, but the team may let him out of the contract if he lands an NFL job.
The Alouettes went 11-7 last season. Trestman has coached them to three Grey Cup games in five years, including winning the championship in 2009 and '10 and was the CFL's Coach of the Year in 2009.
Trestman has been an offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders and worked as a consultant for the New Orleans Saints. He has also been an assistant with the Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, University of Miami and North Carolina State.
