With March Madness around the corner, we've created another way to get you ready for NCAA tournament bracket fun. Welcome to our Best TV Characters of the 2000s, where this bracket madness features four regions – Comedy; Medics, the Dead and the Supernatural; Law Enforcement, Courts and Politics; and Villains, Survivors and Journalists/Ad Man – and 64 seeds from the small screen.

Gregory House has been far from comforting so far in our Best TV Characters of the 2000s tournament.

For the second straight matchup, House pulled off a totally lopsided victory, this time advancing to next week's Sweet 16. In fact, none of the pairings in second-round voting for Medics, the Dead and the Supernatural were close. Here's the breakdown:

No. 1 Gregory House (House MD) got 91 percent of the votes to oust No. 9 Damon Salvatore (The Vampire Diaries).

Next up for House is No. 5 Carol Hathaway (ER), who coasted past No. 4 Nate Fisher (Six Feet Under) with 67 percent of the votes.

No. 10 Rick Grimes (The Walking Dead) had an easy time vs. No. 15 Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood), hauling in 67 percent of the votes.

Grimes will next face No. 11 Buffy Summers (Buffy The Vampire Slayer), who received 61 percent of the votes against No. 14 Temperance Brennan (Bones)

Elsewhere in our bracket, none of the top 5 seeds advanced past the second round in Comedy while both No. 1 seeds advanced in "Law Enforcement" and "Villains". The Sweet 16 begins Monday and the tourney concludes with the announcement of the winner on March 12.
