The Tennessee Titans signed quarterback John Skelton on Monday.
Skelton, 25, spent three seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. In 20 NFL games, he has thrown 15 touchdowns and 25 interceptions.
Tennessee is in need of another quarterback with starter Jake Locker out for the season with a foot injury.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is starting in place of Locker, who was injured Nov. 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fitzpatrick started last Thursday's loss against the Indianapolis Colts. Rusty Smith, who has played just three career NFL games, was the backup.
Tennessee (4-6) visits the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
