Oklahoma City Thunder guard Derek Fisher was fined $5,000 by the NBA on Monday for violating the league's anti-flopping rules.
The play occurred in the second quarter of the Houston Rockets' win over the Thunder in Wednesday's Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.
Kevin Martin of the Thunder appeared to flop on the same play but he was not fined.
During the playoffs, a fine is assessed on the first offense of flopping. During the regular season, a warning is given for the first offense.
