Benny Cunningham had a big day on the ground, leading the way to a lopsided victory for the Rams over the Bears, 42-21, at home.
Kellen Clemens went 10 for 22 for the game with 167 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions. On the Bears side, Josh McCown went 36 for 47 with 352 yards passing, two touchdowns, one pick and one fumble.
Cunningham ran all over the Bears for 109 yards on 13 attempts with a touchdown. Jared Cook was a weapon for the offense, catching four balls for 80 yards with a touchdown.
The St. Louis defense was the difference in the victory, allowing 80 yards rushing and 352 passing while bringing back one fumble for a touchdown. They were able to bring down McCown for one sack.
Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall gave a standout effort with 117 receiving yards and one touchdown. Tight end Martellus Bennett also had a good game with 62 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Rams head to San Francisco next week to face off with the 49ers (6-4) while the Bears travel to Minneapolis to play the Vikings (2-8).
