Golden Tate had a big night receiving, leading the way to a win for the Seahawks against the Rams, 14-9, at Edward Jones Dome.
Russell Wilson found the end zone for two touchdowns against the Rams on 10 of 18 passing for 139 yards and no interceptions. In comparison, Kellen Clemens went 15 of 31 with 158 yards passing, no touchdowns and two picks for the Rams.
Marshawn Lynch rushed for 23 yards on eight attempts. Tate was a top receiver, catching five passes for 93 yards with two touchdowns.
The Seattle defense was the difference in the victory, giving up 139 yards passing and 200 rushing. They brought down Clemens for three sacks.
Rams running back Zac Stacy provided some spark with 134 yards rushing. Wide receiver Chris Givens also gave a strong effort with 59 receiving yards and 16 rushing.
Next week, the Seahawks are at home against the Buccaneers (0-7) while the Rams play the Titans (3-4), also at home.
