Bader applied the same effort early in the second, taking Nogueira down in the first minute of the frame. The Brazilian fighter worked from his back to try to get back to the feet, but Bader's top game was too strong, allowing him to land more ground and pound from several angles.

Nogueira struggled to keep the fight on the feet, getting taken down again early in the third. From there, Bader pounded away at his opponent and consumed him with punches that bloodied Nogueira up. After several more strikes to Nogueira's head, the referee pulled Bader off his opponent and put a stop to the one-sided onslaught.

With the win, Bader improves to 22-5 and puts himself in a good place to argue for a light heavyweight title shot.
