One tweet states that Martin, who left the Dolphins mid-season and alleged Incognito bullied him, threatened to kill himself due to his poor play in 2013.
"FACT: Jonathan Martin told me he thought about taking his own life in MAY 2013 b/c he wasn't playing well," Incognito wrote. "Told me he felt worthless."
Incognito also wrote that Martin's account would ultimately be proven wrong, stating he thought the two were good friends.
"Dear Jon Martin..... The truth is going to bury you and your entire 'camp,' one tweet read. "You could have told the truth the entire time."
Read another: "Jon Martin---you started all of this when Kenny Zuckerman released the VM to ESPN. The same VM we joked about with @brianhartline."
Incognito also apologized to "the women out there that I offended with my text messages to my close personal friend."
It's unknown at this time when Wells' report will be made public.
