Philadelphia 76ers guard Michael Carter-Williams is expected to return to action Friday night against the Brooklyn Nets after missing seven games with a knee infection, CSNPhilly.com reported.
Officially, it will be a game-time decision whether Carter-Williams plays Friday.
But Carter-Williams told CSNPhilly.com that he expects to play.
"I have had two good practices," Carter-Williams said. "I felt good. I was shooting after, so I am ready to go."
Carter-Williams has been one of the top rookies in the league this season, averaging 17.7 points and 7.3 assists per game.
