The Cincinnati Reds have opted to start Mike Leake in Game 4 of the NLDS in place of an injured Johnny Cueto, according to ESPN's Bob Holtzman.
Leake was selected over Mat Latos, because Latos had pitched four innings of relief in Game 1. Cueto left that start with after just eight pitches with what has been described as a mild right oblique strain.
Because the team will go with Leake, Cueto isn't eligible to return until the World Series, should the Reds get that far.
The Reds hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series.
