Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome was released from a hospital Monday morning after having a health scare, the team announced.
The Ravens said Newsome was on his way back home and "feeling fine" a day after being hospitalized in Chicago, where the Ravens lost to the Bears.
"Ozzie is expected back in the Ravens' office and on the treadmill soon," the team wrote on Twitter.
Newsome was taken by ambulance from Soldier Field. The team only said Sunday night that Newsome was not feeling well and advised him not to fly back to Baltimore with the team.
