Yahoo Sports Rams Fall to 49ers, 23-13
The Rams were handled by the 49ers, 23-13, at Candlestick Park.
Kellen Clemens finished 19 for 37 with 218 yards, one touchdown and one pick. Colin Kaepernick finished 19 for 28 with 275 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions for the 49ers.
Zac Stacy ran for 72 yards on 19 carries. Jared Cook caught three passes for 49 yards.
The St. Louis defense gave up 83 yards rushing and 275 passing. They tormented Kaepernick with four sacks.
49ers tight end Vernon Davis was impressive, churning out 82 receiving yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver Anquan Boldin also had a good game with 98 receiving yards.
The Rams head to Glendale next week to face off with the Cardinals (7-5) while the 49ers will play host to the Seahawks (10-1).
