QBs Dixon, Kinne among Eagles' cuts

The Philadelphia Eagles announced 12 players were released Friday, trimming the roster to 62 players ahead of Saturday's deadline to reach the 53-man roster limit.
Among Friday's cuts were quarterbacks Dennis Dixon and G.J. Kinne. Dixon played for Eagles head coach Chip Kelly at the University of Oregon.
Also cut were linebackers Everette Brown and Adrian Robinson, defensive tackle Antonio Dixon, defensive end, David King, offenive linemen Matt Kopa, Dallas Reynolds and Matt Tennant, cornerback Trevard Lindley (injury settlement) and wide receivers Ifeanyi Momah and Will Murphy.
