Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig left Monday's game against the Colorado Rockies with a mild knee sprain, MLB.com reported.
Puig departed in the sixth inning. It appeared he was injured while diving back into first base on a pickoff attempt.
Puig stayed in the game at that point and ran from first to third on a single from Adrian Gonzalez. But he seemed to be in pain after sliding into third.
He scored on a sacrifice fly, but did not take the field in the bottom of the inning.
Puig went 1-for-3 before leavingYasiel Puig and is batting .351 with 14 home runs.
