Several visitors have made their way to Charlotte over the past few weekends. Some holding offers but others looking to gain an offer from the 49ers.
One player to keep an eye on for the 2018 recruiting class is defensive back Myles Berry, who was one that recently made a trip to check out what Charlotte had to offer.
Berry is a North Carolina native at Dudley High School and is coming off a state championship run this past season. He is part of the 2018 recruiting class and seemed to come away excited about what he saw at Charlotte.
"Charlotte was really nice, I like how clean and organize to facilities are," he told Niner Report.
Berry doesn't hold an offer yet from the 49ers but he believes one could be heading is way down the road possibly. Right now, a lot of schools have been expressing interest in him and he most recently received his first Division I offer from Army on March 24.
He has already taken visits to Old Dominion and Charlotte and mentioned that he has multiple visits coming up as well. As far as which schools that may be, it wasn't mentioned.
