Pitt's Avonte Maddox wears Pitt mock turnover chain after upset of Miami
Props to Pitt’s Avonte Maddox for having a Pitt version of the Miami turnover chain ready in case the Panthers pulled an epic upset.
The Panthers beat the No. 2 Hurricanes 24-14 on Friday to give Miami its first loss of the season. After the game, Maddox was wearing the Pitt chain for interviews. Look at that beauty. It’s built with what appears to be the highest-grade Home Depot gold chainlink.

Maddox had a heck of a game against the Hurricanes too. Two of his four tackles were sacks and that forced fumble came late in the fourth quarter as Miami tried to mount a miracle comeback.
Well played, Pitt. The win moved the Panthers to 5-7.
