Paul George and Lance Stephenson both put up 26 points to help the Indiana Pacers defeat the Brooklyn Nets, 103-86. Indiana (23-5) has now won three in a row.
George went 10-19 from the field (4-11 on 3-point attempts) in a quality offensive outing. Despite the loss, Joe Johnson scored 17 points for Brooklyn on 7-13 shooting, including 1-5 from behind the arc. Andray Blatche added 11 points and 7 rebounds.
The Nets posted an eFG% of just 42.1%, including 23.1% from 3-point range. This year, they are 1-7 when they record marks below 45% and 30% in those respective categories. On the other hand, the Pacers are undefeated (7-0) when holding their opponents to such low percentages.
Brooklyn (9-18) has now dropped their last three consecutive games.
