New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was officially listed as "out" for Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Gronkowski has not played since Nov. 18 when he suffered a broken forearm.
He practiced Friday for the first time since suffering the injury, but it had been reported earlier that he was expected to miss the game against the 49ers.
For the 49ers, wide receiver Randy Moss was scheduled to start in place of injured Mario Manningham (shoulder), according to the Sacramento Bee.
