The Ohio State Highway Patrol cited Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones with disorderly conduct early Monday morning.
Jones, who celebrated his 30th birthday on Sunday, is alleged to have made offensive comments while drunk, USA Today reported.
About 2:30 a.m., the Ohio Highway Patrol stopped a car that Jones was a passenger in, according to the police report. The driver, a 33-year-old woman, was stopped for driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone and eventually charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Jones was released and has a Friday court date. The disorderly conduct charge is a misdemeanor.
