Pacioretty comes to rescue of snow-stranded Montreal resident

Hockey players have received a lot of good PR over the last 24 hours.

On Wednesday afternoon the San Jose Sharks released mic’d up footage of good guy Brenden Dillon’s friendly and hilarious scrap with Austin Watson, and before the day was out photos surfaced of Max Pacioretty coming to the rescue of a snow-stranded Montreal resident.

According to danslescoulisses.com, the young man got his luxury SUV stuck in the snow and nobody was stopping to help him out.

Pacioretty, being the leader that he is, sprung into action, got out his shovel and went to work.

Here are some photos of the encounter:

It’s not donating-millions-of-dollars-to-sick-children impressive, but it’s a nice gesture from the Canadiens captain.
