Jets 4, Blues 3 (shootout)

Olli Jokinen scored in the seventh round of the shootout to give the Winnipeg Jets a 4-3 come-from-behind victory over the St. Louis Blues.

Jokinen, who also scored in the first period, found the top corner behind Blues goalie Brian Elliott, and then Jets' goalie Ondrej Pavelec stopped Chris Stewart to end the shootout.

The shootout win was made possible when Jets defenseman Tobias Enstrom scored on a slap shot with just under two minutes left in the game to tie the game at 3-3, completing the comeback after the Blues held a 3-1 lead early in the third period.

Jets left winger Evander Kane started the comeback when he added his fourth of the season with just over six minutes left in regulation to make it 3-2.

The Blues dropped to 5-1-1 ahead of a rare week off while the Jets improved to 4-4-0.

Ducks 3, Coyotes 2 (shootout)

Jakob Silfverberg delivered the game-winner as the Anaheim Ducks captured a 3-2 shootout victory over the Phoenix Coyotes.

The win extended the Ducks (6-1-0) winning streak to six games while the Coyotes (4-2-2) dropped their second straight.

Anaheim's Nick Bonino tied the score at 2-2 when he lifted a wild shot from the blue line that sailed over the head of team mate Dustin Penner and into the net with 2:02 remaining in the game, forcing overtime.

Mike Smith stopped 37 shots for the Coyotes, while Jonas Hiller had 30 saves for the Ducks.
